Reliance MET City to develop an integrated mixed-use development in Haryana
Reliance MET City has launched Metropolis, a new integrated mixed-use development. This project spans 100 acres in Daryapur, Jhajjar district, Haryana. It is part of a larger 140-acre master plan. The development includes residential and industrial plots.
NEW DELHI: Reliance MET City, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has launched an approximately 100 acres integrated mixed-use development - Metropolis, at Daryapur, Jhajjar district, Haryana.
The project forms part of a 140-acre master-planned development comprising residential plots, industrial plots and a future group housing component.
Sizes of the residential plots range from 112 sq yards to 179 sq yards and are being offered in the price range of ₹99,000 to ₹1,10,000 per sq yard.
The project is being developed in two phases and is already ready to move. It is being developed on a self-funded basis, with all construction and infrastructure development being undertaken in-house.
